Ready for your Colorado fire inspection

Denver Fire and most other Colorado fire departments have adopted the International Fire Code, and they use it to inspect commercial kitchens. The code points to NFPA 96 fire safety standards for exhaust system cleaning. We clean to that standard and leave the dated label and written report your inspector asks for.
